Description/Profile :Should lead a team of Senior and junior software engineers in technical development of software projects Requirements - 4+ years of experience - Hands on experience in designing and developing scalable web applications using JAVA, J2EE - Hands on experience in designing and developing scalable Databases. - Prior experience in working in Onsite/Offshore model - Experience in leading small to medium teams - Excellent Communication Skills both written and verbal - Should be able to mentor team mates - Prior experience in ISO Quality management systems is desired
